I called Southern Defense Pest Control when I saw 2 small mice. Scott came out to the house and did a thorough inspection of the garage, the attic, the inside and the outside of my home. He said he did not find evidence of a serious problem. He explained where he thought the mice got in and gave me advice on how to close up the point of entry. He advised me at to what to buy to protect my home from further invasion and to call him if I had any more problems. He did not charge me. I appreciated his honesty and will definitely call him in the future regarding any issues with all pests. Thorough, professional and honest. I highly recommend.

We started using Souther Defense back in August after a bout of pesky ants started appearing in the house. Coley got us on their books quickly and had them taken care of within 24-48hours! We just had our quarterly visit where we met his brother Scott (they’re currently the entirety of the company), he took care of everything outside! I declined inside because we hadn’t had any issues since August. Fast forward a week or so later, we found that more ants snuck into our cabinets, I called around 1:20 this afternoon, Coley was at the house within the hour. Their customer service, their prices, and their timeliness is unmatched. I will continue to recommend them to anyone looking for pest control! An added benefit is we’re supporting a small, local, family owned business!

One of the most professional and efficient companies I have ever worked with! The owner was able to squeeze us in for an emergency nest removal even going as far to come at night to accommodate us! I was so worried about my family or pets getting stung but he was able to get the job done clean and quick! I called around to many other businesses who couldn’t accommodate us for weeks but coley made sure that we were taken care of. He was very informative throughout the process and I swear I blinked my eyes and he was done with the job! Absolutely support this business for any of your pest removal needs. Eric came to look at my house and absolutely saved the day. He took his time and looked carefully outside and inside my house. He found active termites. Eric clearly explained what kind of termites were found, what could happen due to them, and what needed to be done. I didn't feel rushed or like my questions were silly.
